Room Addition
After the existing rear deck was removed, the four season add-on was constructed – offering year round enjoyment with the installation of the mini-split HVAC system for heat and air conditioning.
Double casement windows were installed along with new laminated flooring. The interior walls and ceiling were sheet rocked.
