New England weather is evidence of winter beauty as seen from the interior view of this new sunroom addition in Agawam, MA. J.O. Young contractors added this large sunroom with a high cathedral ceiling off a dining room area of an older Cape Cod style house, updating the style and comfort of the customer's home.
Centered is a half round window above the casement windows. The large windows expanding across the outer walls make for a gorgeous scenic view, while also expanding daylight sun and warmth. The ceiling is made up of Tongue and Groove pine, painted to match the interior trim.
Recessed lighting was installed for down lighting accent.
The customer also requested a porch be added from this new sunroom addition which is noticeable from the left window view (below). A deck was also added from the porch. In-direct lighting was installed behind the crown molding (shown above the side windows), creating nice, comfortable lighting.
