After discussing the customer's needs and desires, we formulated a plan to meet these as attainable goals. Their main goal was to stay within their budget. A second goal was for large window openings to give them the feeling of living in the great outdoors.
As you can see from the pictures, we achieved their objective! We were able to utilize the existing roof structure (with minor alterations) to accommodate the new room.
Casement windows are now installed. This gives the home owner a nice outdoor view from a large inside perspective.
The large windows and double doors they requested are evident of this. View the transom windows above the casement windows. They add a nice decorative look.
